Sweeping both best dressed and best dance categories at Butlins Holiday Camp changed my life forever. It was this day that I realized just how much Music and Fashion were so innate to my being. Every memory and individual experience was logged and defined by this beautiful marriage. To this day, the intersection of Music and Style are still at the epicenter of my work.
I moved to Los Angeles in the 80's and became a Street Trend / Music Photographer. Obsessed with the fusion of music and street culture I got my big break when British magazine THE FACE gave me my first assignments.
By the mid 90's I was shooting album covers, magazine editorials, and directing music videos for Urban Hip-Hop acts such as The Pharcyde, the Wu Tang Clan, and many others. If the beat affected the street, I was all in.
Quentin Tarantino and Lawrence Bender hired me as Executive Producer at their "A Band Apart" production company in 1999, they referred to me as the "Rainmaker" I was known for producing highly collaborative productions that merged Major Brands with Music Artists in Innovative & Authentic ways.
I created XPERIENCE FACTORY in 2010 with the primary goal of creating uniquely Intimate Brand Stories that would connect with a brands social media following while complementing any larger ongoing campaign.
